this hotel is barely acceptable. rooms are cramped and lack basic dresser space, 1st room was unusable. staff simply brushed off my request for an upgrade, thinking all guests are equal? really? choosy guests deserve better than what this place had to offer. honestly, i almost considered a better rating, but not without a hint of special treatment.

The hotel has an elegant building with a spacious room and comfortable beds. The clean ensuite bathroom added to our pleasant stay. Also, the city view was a lovely surprise, making mornings more enjoyable.
